Nativities 2016
Christmas is a magical time of year and what a better way to start off the magic than with 4 Nativity plays performed from Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Lines were remembered and delivered with confidence! Songs were sang brilliantly and they all looked amazing in their costumes. The parents and special guests were thrilled; St. Bede’s celebration of Jesus’ birth was a triumph!!!
CAFOD
She showed our pupils a beautiful PowerPoint presentation about the work involving giving hope and showing compassion to poor communities, standing side by side with them to end poverty and injustice. Inspired by Scripture and Catholic Social Teaching, and the experiences and hopes of people living in poverty, she stressed that we all need to work for a safe, sustainable and peaceful world.
